Enrollment Assistance and Support:
We will work with you to ensure all employee communication is complete and accurate. This is accomplished through onsite meetings, conference calls, media presentations and employee literature. We work with the carriers to customize communications to your organization’s needs and will assist with the entire enrollment. Following open enrollment, we will meet with you and your employees, as you require, to review all benefits you offer to your employees.
Internet or Intranet Online Content and Self-Serve Enrollment Support:
We will coordinate these services through a strategic partner that offers full Internet or Intranet online administration of your employee benefit plans. Each member of your company, should they choose, can access their benefit plans via the Internet or Intranet. Our service offers complete online (self-serve) open enrollment and plan descriptions through your company’s Web Page. Our Strategic Partner may charge a separate fee if this service is selected.
We will coordinate these services through a strategic partner that offers COBRA administration services to support your HR department. These services range from complete administration to selective assistance. Including notifications, conversion notification letters, SB761 notification, secondary qualifying event letters, NSF check notification and premium change letters. For groups of 19 enrolled employees and above, we automatically include COBRA administration software at no charge. For those groups that do not wish to maintain COBRA administration in house we offer full COBRA administration through our Strategic Partner. Our Strategic Partner may charge a separate fee if this service is selected.
Consolidated Billing Statements:
Today’s corporate environment requires a few to do the work of many and those few to do more with less. As a result, we offer access to a consolidated billing system that is easy to follow and produces an electronic consolidated premium statement incorporating up-to-date eligibility reconciliation, employee changes, billing audits and premium calculations. Statements are broken down by line of coverage, dependent participation, employer/employee costs and plan totals, providing a comprehensive report that can be utilized by management, accounting and human resources to manage all lines of coverage. Our Strategic Partner may charge a separate fee if this service is selected.
Cafeteria Plans (Section 125 Flexible Benefit Plans):
We will coordinate these services through a strategic partner that offers plan administration for both premium only plans (POP) or complete Section 125 Flexible Benefits Administration. Our Strategic Partner may charge a separate fee if this service is selected.
